User Data Deletion Policy
This page explains how you can request deletion of personal information submitted to Miragen through the website.
1. Data Covered by This Policy
You may request deletion of information submitted through Miragen website forms, including:
- Referral partner applications.
- Brand registration and onboarding submissions.
- Growth partner applications.
- Contact details and related inquiry information you submitted through the site.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion, email admin@miragen.in with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include as much of the following as possible:
- Your full name.
- Your email address and phone number used on the website.
- The form or workflow you used, if known.
- The approximate date of submission.
- Any referral code or related identifier, if applicable.
3. Verification
To protect personal information, Miragen may request additional details to verify your identity or confirm that you are authorized to make the request before deleting data.
4. Processing Timeline
Miragen will aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 business days, unless more time is reasonably required.
5. Data We May Retain
In limited cases, Miragen may retain certain information where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, recordkeeping, or enforcement of our rights.
6. No Self-Service Account Dashboard
Miragen does not currently provide a public user dashboard for automated deletion. Requests are handled manually through the support contact listed on this page.
